Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Principle — the Supplier Is the Performing Party
Since TKTZ is not the seller and does not hold the consideration, cancellations, changes, and refunds are subject to the supplier’s/wholesaler’s policy and to the relevant carrier’s Conditions of Carriage. TKTZ acts, at most, as a facilitating party in referring your request to the supplier, and does not commit to any financial outcome.
2. How to Submit a Request
For a cancellation/change/refund request, you should contact the supplier directly promptly. Timelines, cancellation fees, and eligibility conditions are determined by the supplier/carrier.
3. Statutory Right of Cancellation — and the Exceptions for Aviation
Statutory cancellation rights may apply to certain transactions; however, aviation and tourism services are frequently excluded from the right of cancellation / “cooling-off period” — both under the Consumer Protection Regulations (Cancellation of a Transaction) in Israel and under the European law applicable to transport/aviation services. The scope of the right depends on the circumstances, the timing, and the type of service.
4. Payment Disputes
Since payment is made at the supplier, billing disputes, refunds, and transaction reversals (chargebacks) are handled with the supplier/carrier and its payment processor, and subject to the credit-card company’s rules.
5. TKTZ’s Role
TKTZ may assist in documenting and referring the request, but is not responsible for the supplier’s/carrier’s decision, does not itself carry out a monetary refund, and does not guarantee the supplier’s obligations.
